It depends on the room payment conditions. In most cases, you will pay directly at the hotel after your arrival. However, there are some exceptions – for example, Non-refundable rooms, so please refer to the room conditions of each room.

Can I use a different credit card for the guarantee and for the payment?

Generally, a different credit card or payment by cash should be accepted by the Samweb Bed and breakfast

Can I pre-pay for the service (convenience, present, etc.)?

Once you complete your reservation, please contact the SamWeb bed and Breakfast on the contact details received in the Accommodation confirmation.

Do you offer special discounts e. g. for Long stays customers, Business holiday trips…?

Yes, we do. According to our great co-cooperation with our Customers and business partners, we provide the best available rates so the discounts are already included.

Change of a booking / Cancellation

How do I cancel my booking?

Please click on the link provided in the Accommodation confirmation and cancel your reservation.

How do I know that my reservation is canceled?

When your reservation is canceled, you will get cancellation confirmation from us. If you don’t hear back from us in 30 minutes, please get in touch with us by some other means (e-mail).

What cancellation conditions do you have? When at the latest can I change the booking without being charged any fee?

Each room has its own cancellation policy and for this information always check the room conditions. Generally, your reservation can be canceled or changed a few days before your arrival. However, there are some exceptions – for example, „Non-Refundable “ or „Special conditions“ rooms. You can check the room policy if you click on the room type.

Generally, no deposit or prepayment is requested. However, there are a few exceptions as Special conditions or Non-refundable reservations. You will find the deposit or prepayment information in the room conditions (please just click on the room name).

Before finalizing your reservation please double-check your e-mail address because a mistake in the e-mail address is the most common reason why our clients do not receive their confirmations. In some cases, our e-mails can also end up in the “spam folder” so please check it as well. In any case, please try to contact us by e-mail as we will be very happy to assist you and solve the problem as soon as possible.

The extra bed/baby cots hotel policy is written in “Payment and cancellation conditions” in the section “Children and Extra Bed Policy”. Each accommodation has its own extra bed policy, therefore it’s necessary to always check it in order to find out if the extra bed will be possible or not. Please note that the price for extra beds will not be included in the total price for accommodation. If you wish to add an extra bed or baby cot, please write this request into the “Booking form “ in the reservation form. Please note that any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and has to be confirmed by the accommodation after your reservation.

Booking is possible by completing the reservation form on our website or other booking platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, or Air BnB,  Please, select the dates of your stay and the type of rooms you have chosen. The system will show you the price of the accommodation (always check the room conditions). If you agree with the total price and the booking conditions, just click on the blue button “Book now”  Once you finish the order form and click on the button “Book now”, your reservation will be confirmed shortly to your email address.

After completing and sending us your order form, you will get an automatic receipt e-mail containing your order number. Within 30 minutes, you will receive Accommodation confirmation. The Accommodation confirmation serves you as a voucher so please do not forget to print it out and take it with you as it contains all the vital details (address of Samweb Bed and Breakfast, contact phone numbers, and other instructions). In case you requested in your order form any special requests – ie. extra bed, non-smoking room, parking, etc, please always double-check with the hotel directly that they noted your request and are able to arrange it for you.

Group menus are available upon request. Plated and Buffet menus can be customized according to your budget and preferences. Once the plated menus are finalized, the Party Coordinator will personalize the menus with your company/group logo and upon your approval, the menus will be printed.

Most hotels have laundry service, and depending on the room type you booked, your elite status, or the resort charge, you may enjoy one or two pieces every day. However, SamWeb Bed and Breakfast usually charge per piece, making it costly to wash more than a couple of items. We  provide affordable rates for a load.

Maintaining cleanliness is crucial in the hotel business. This goes far as providing fresh and clean bedding, bath towels, and table linen to guests who expect to be given the best accommodation they paid for. This is why a reliable hotel laundry service is a must in every hotel management

We are open to special requests. If you don’t specify, we typically fold all garments and then protect them with a clear plastic garment bag.

Yes, we do have a free venue for Birthdays, Baby showers, Bridal showers, Graduation, and all other parties,  we have a bespoke Party menu and all types of drinks for your taste.

What’s the maximum number of guests the site can handle?

We can successfully accommodate up to 90 guests with room for a dance area. However, we can seat up to 130 guests.

Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of the Republic of Uganda, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense or is insulting any other nation.


Shall not be false, inaccurate, or misleading;

Shall not, directly or indirectly, offer, attempt to offer; trade, or attempt to trade in any item, the dealing of which is prohibited or restricted in any manner under the provisions of any applicable law, rule, regulation, or guideline for the time being in force.

Shall not create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers;

is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever; or unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing including but not limited to “indecent representation of women” or misleading in any way.

is patently offensive to the online community, such as sexually explicit content, or content that promotes obscenity, pedophilia, racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

Harasses or advocates harassment of another person; Involves the transmission of “junk mail,” “chain letters,” or unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming”; Promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;

If you use SamWeb Bed and Breakfast, you shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your User ID and Password and you shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID and Password. You agree that if you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete that SamWeb Bed and Breakfast has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is incorrect, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or not in accordance with this Terms of Use, SamWeb Bed and Breakfast has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership with SamWeb Bed and Breakfast and refuse to provide you with access to the Website.
